Research Design and Methods: Thirteen participants aged at 90 or over for this study were introduced by a medical doctor of a medical clinic. Nine females and four males, and average age was 93.54. Fifty to 70 minutes interview for each participant was conducted by two interviewers including a nurse at participants’ houses or the medical office. Results: The results showed that people with good health and longer life paid more attention to their daily meals and tend to participate into community and traditional events as well as daily exercises positively. The results supposed that people with good health and longer life also had good relationship with family, friends, and neighbors. Discussion and Implications: Although people with good health and longer life experienced hardships when they were young, they tended to accept their lives positively.
