This species was recognized from Ibaraki, Shizuoka, Okayama, and Kôchi prefectures and Amami-Oshima, Okinawa, Ishigaki, and Iriomote islands. Among these, records from Shizuoka, Okayama, and Kôchi prefectures and Okinawa, Ishigaki, and Iriomote islands represent new distribution record of this species.
