A dendrogram constructed from obtained haplotypes formed eight clear clusters. Onchidium sp. A and Onchidium sp. C in Ehime Prefecture, Onchidium sp. A in Nagasaki Prefecture, and Onchidium sp. B in Kumamoto Prefecture were included in the same cluster, suggesting that they are conspecific. The population of Paraonchidium spp. in Okinawa Prefecture formed three different clusters. Platevindex A. and Onchidella kurodai formed respective clusters.
