The vascular flora of Kouri-jima island was studied to gather data which may contribute to the advancement of environmental education in remote islands. A total of 465 species, one subspecies, five varieties, and two forms of vascular plants from 111 families were observed in the wild state on the island; out of these plants, 315 species, one subspecies, four varieties, and two forms were native. Among all identified species, Arisaema ringens, Sageretia thea and Eupatorium lindleyanum were determined to be floristically noteworthy because of their limited distribution. The naturalized plants accounted for 31.9 % of the total wild plants found on the island., 紀要論文}, pages = {171--193}, title = {沖縄県の離島・へき地における自然教育のための基礎資料の充実12 : 今帰仁村古宇利島の植物相}, year = {2021} }
