 note = {近年，日本企業においては，高度人材としての外国人社員の需要が高まっており，その育成・教育・評価に資する枠組の構築は, 喫緊の課題となっている。本研究チームは,「ビジネス日本語フレームワーク」の構築・確立を目指している。構築にあたり，CEFR 2001年度版をはじめとする既存の尺度の例示的能力記述文をビジネスタスクとして書き換え，追記し，例示的能力記述文バンクに約800項目を登録している。2018年には，CEFR 2001年度版の補遺版が発表され,「Online interaction」スキルについて，新たな定義と例示的能力記述文が加えられた。このことは，複言語・複文化社会におけるオンライン上のやりとりの重要性を示していると言えよう。折しも，世界は「コロナ禍」にあり，高度外国人材にとっては，テレワークを始めとするオンライン業務に携わる機会が増加している。しかし，日本語を使用するオンライン活動の例示的能力記述文に関する研究は，管見の限り見られない。そこで，CEFR 2018 補遺版のオンライン上のやりとりに関する例示的能力記述文47項目を, ビジネスタスクを含む例示的能力記述文の20項目として書き換え, ビジネス日本語フレームワークの例示的能力記述文項目バンクに登録した。, In recent years, the demand for foreign employees as high-skilled personnel has been increasing in Japanese companies. Along with this situation, the development of a framework that contributes to its development, education, and evaluation has become an urgent issue. We are aiming to build and establish a “Business Japanese Framework” (BJFW). To build up BJFW, we have rewritten and added can-do statements of existing scales such as CEFR 2001 as business tasks and have already registered about 800 items in our Can-do statements bank. In 2018, the CEFR companion volume with new descriptors was made public, adding a new definition and cando statements for the “Online interaction” skills. This indicates the importance of “Online interaction” in a multilingual and multicultural society. Currently, the world is facing a pandemic situation due to the spread of the new Coronavirus, and opportunities for high-skilled foreign personnel to engage in online operations such as telework are increasing. However, can-do statements for online activities using the Japanese language have not been established yet. Therefore, we created new 20 items of can-do statements for BJFW related to online communication by excerpting and rewriting 47 items shown in CEFR companion volume., 紀要論文},
