Two characters relating to Taoism were written separately on a single side of each of the 11 pages. The strong brush strokes of Tei were imitated by tracing the outlines of characters. This was probably used as educational material and was traced by placing another sheet of paper on top. From this we can see how much Tei was respected by others.
