 note = {X線回折分析により沖縄本島主要土壤統の一次鉱物および粘土鉱物の同定を行なった．1）仲川統，具志堅統および糸洲統の各々の一次鉱物はすべて石英である．稲嶺統の一次鉱物も殆んど石英であるが，この土壤はそれ以外にわずかの長石類を含んでいる．2）仲川統，具志堅統および糸洲統の各々の粘土鉱物はマイカとバーミキュライトの混合体，カオリナイトおよびギブサイトである．ただし仲川統と具志堅統のマイカとバーミキュライトの混合体はバーミキュライトを主とするものに対し，糸洲統のそれはマイカとバーミキュライトがほぼ等しく混合している．稲嶺統の粘土鉱物はモンモリロナイト，マイカおよびカオリナイトである．, The primary minerals and clay minerals of the main soil serieses of the island of Okinawa were investigated. 1)Quartz was only one primary mineral of the Nakagawa，Gushiken, and Itosu serieses. Very large amounts of quartz was found in the Inamine series but small amounts of feldspar was also found in this soil series． 2)The secondary minerals of the Nakagawa, Gushiken, and Itosu serieses were mica-vermiculite nterstratified layer, kaolinite and gibbsite. Mica-vermiculite interstratified layer of the Nakagawae and Gushiken serieses was predominantly vermiculite, especially in the Gushiken series but that of the Itosu series was the mixture of about the same amounts of both minerals. The secondary minerals of the Inamine series were montomorillonite, mica, and kaolinite., 論文},
