Photosynthetic rate was saturated at 1700 μmol photon m^<-2>s^<-1>. The photosynthesis was decreased when vapor pressure difference was increased up to 3kPa. Optimum temperature for photosynthesis measured under VPD controlled conditions was found at around 25℃. Photosynthetic rate saturated at 1000ppm of CO_2 under high light conditions. Photosynthetic rate at various CO_2 levels was measured and limitations to photosynthetic rate at ambient CO_2 caused by finite, limiting carboxylation efficiency, maximum photosynthesis, and stomatal conductance were estimated from an analysis of A/Ci curve model. The results suggested that the carboxylation efficiency was more important limiting factor than maximum photosynthesis and stomatal conductance., 論文}, pages = {8--13}, title = {オクラ葉身における光合成特性}, volume = {34}, year = {2000} }
