Main outcome measures were operative time, conversion to open cholecystectomy (OC) , hospital stay, morbidity and mortality. RESULTS: The mean operative time was 91.9 min in Group A and 88.5 min in Group B. Three patients (18.8%) in Group A underwent conversion to OC because of adhesion, inflammation and CBD stones. Six patients (12%) in Group B underwent conversion to OC for the same reasons. There were no intraoperative complications. Postoperatively, 4 patients (25%) in Group A exhibited wound infection, biloma, gout, and asthma attack. In Group B, 4 patients (8%) exhibited wound infection, CBD stone and asthma attack. The mean hospital stay was 15.3 days in Group A and 8.7 days in Group B. CONCLUSION: Group A had a longer hospital stay and more postoperative complications. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be a safe procedure with low morbidity in patients over 75 years older., 論文}, pages = {19--22}, title = {[原著]当院における高齢者(75歳以上)腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術の検討}, volume = {27}, year = {2008} }
