The subject of this survey is the HIV/-AIDS patients on the department of internal medicine I in Ryukyu university hospital that is one of the mam hospitals for HIV/AIDS treatments in Okinawa. We were able to receive the replies from 14 patients within 30 patients we could have obtained informedHIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) infection turns chronic disease because of the progress of HAART (highly active antiretroviral therapy). The necessity of dental treatmernts for HIV/AIDS patients increases still more. Moreover, many patients request the convenience that is short visiting time and long business hours and so on. This result would propose that the patient's needs turn to diverse requests. We should produce the system that is alloted a part to each facilities to respond to the diverse requests. consents.
