We reviewed our experience with 35 cases treated with this procedure between Oct. 1999 and Sept. 2003. Patients and Method: Twenty-six male and 9 female cases were studied. Mean age at operation was 8.4-year-old ranging 5 to 16 years. Preoperative mean Haller index was 5.7 ranging 3.3 to 15. Result: Mean operative time was 94 minutes and intraoperative bleeding was minimal. Four patients showed postoperative pneumonia and 2 showed atelectasis, and these complications were treated by physiotherapy. Three patients developed bar displacements, however which were minimal and negligible and did not require reoperation. Mean postoperative hospital stay was 11 days ranging from 4 to 66 days. One patient had to remove the bar due to bar allergy and the rest of the patients showed excellent or good results. Conclusion: This technique is simple and useful for the treatment of pectus excavatum., 論文}, pages = {29--34}, title = {[原著]漏斗胸に対するNuss手術の経験 : 35手術症例の検討}, volume = {25}, year = {2006} }
