内容記述 We compared oxidative phosphorylation activities and ultrastructure of mitochondria isolated with a normal isolating medium and with an oxygen-enriched medium. RCI. Q0_3, Q0_4 and OPR values of mitochondria isolated with the oxygen-enriched solution were 14 - 34% high as compared with those isolated with the normal medium, when succinate was employed as a substrate.
