The simple system to display and analyze the spot information was reported in the previous paper. In this paper, the digital map of all fields in Minami-Daito Island was prepared. Mapping of unit yield and sugar content was carried out, and analytical methods of those were discussed. More detailed analysis than that of spot information was realized, therefore, distribution characteristics of data could grasp clearly. As examples of analysis, it was shown that unit yield and sugar content near seacoast region from north-northwest to northeast of the Island were low comparing with the average values. There were many fields with relatively high sugar content surrounding Oike, however, the values of unit sugar yield were low due to low unit yield.
