 note = {Magnetic resonance imaging (NRI) were obtained in 6 patients with histologic diagnosis of tumores in the posterior fossa. Two different pulse sequence of MRI were used. The results compared with computed tomography (CT). 1. In the standpoint of anatomical relation to the surrounding structures, MRI-IR T1-weighted images were best to visualize the border and the degree of comression. MRI-SE T2-weighted images were effective to separate the tumors from bone. 2. Intratumoral views were well imaged by MRI-IR, but CT was best to image calcified structures., 論文},
