 note = {Anisakis Type I larva was recovered gastroendoscopically from a patient(32-years-old man) complained of severe epigastric pain about 10 hours after having eaten raw fishs. In the examination by gastrocamera, the oedematous thickening of the mucosa with many small haemorrhages was recognized in a wide area around the larva penetrating the stomach wall, and a high level of IgG antibodies to the larval antigen was detected in the serum. The results indicate that the case is a fluminant form of anisakiasis due to allergic reactions induced by secondary infection. From  he clinical standpoint , the special attention should be paid to the fluminant form and this is the first case decided as fluminant form in Okinawa Prefecture., 論文},
