In the examination by gastrocamera, the oedematous thickening of the mucosa with many small haemorrhages was recognized in a wide area around the larva penetrating the stomach wall, and a high level of IgG antibodies to the larval antigen was detected in the serum. The results indicate that the case is a fluminant form of anisakiasis due to allergic reactions induced by secondary infection. From he clinical standpoint , the special attention should be paid to the fluminant form and this is the first case decided as fluminant form in Okinawa Prefecture., 論文}, pages = {66--72}, title = {[症例報告]激症型アニサキス症の一例}, volume = {6}, year = {1983} }
