 note = {A 60-year-old man who has been in postoperative course 3 years after the surgery for gastric cancer (stage I), was unexpectedly found to have a small and sessile polypoid lesion with smooth surface on the left-anterior wall of the rectum, 8cm oral to the anal verge, in Barium radiography and endoscopic examination. The histologic type of the lesion in endoscopic biopsy was in Group V. The lesion was successfully resected through a transanal approach , applying a SATINSKY vascula clamp on the healthy tissue of the rectum. The resected wound of the rectum was closed with 4-0 Dexon interrupted simple sutures. The microscopic finding of the resected specimen was a well differentiated adenocarcinoma located in the mucosal layer without any infiltration into the outer layer. The patient has been well without any evidences of recurrence and metastasis of the lesion, 6 months after the surgery., 論文},
