In all patients, the internal mammary artery(IMA) was used as a bypass graft in the reconstruction of the left anterior descending artery (LAD). The other branches of the coronary artery were reconstructed using great saphenous vein graft(SVG). One of the patients died of the graft-versus-host sydrome on the 18th postoperative day. The mean blood flow rate of the MAG to LAD was $36.8 \pm 15.1$ml/min and it was significanly small (P<0.01)compared with $94.5 \pm 42.1$ml/min of SVG to LAD in the other patients(n=10) with similar ischemic lesions in IMAG group. The patency rate in IMAG group was 100% and it was superior to 85.2% in the other SVG group(n=27). Postoperative angiography of IMAG reveaIed an adequate patency with no differences in caliber betwen the graft and native coronary artery in all patients. The patients have been well without any ischemic symptoms postoperatively., 論文}, pages = {90--95}, title = {[原著]内胸動脈(IMA)を用いた冠動脈バイパス手術症例の検討}, volume = {11}, year = {1989} }
