 note = {A typical case with immunoblastic lymphadenopathy (IBL) was reported. Patient was a 70 years old female who had maculopapular skin eruptions with swelling of lymph nodes, anemia and thrombocytopenia. During the course, multiple duodenal ulcers caused by secondary Cytomegalovirus infection were developed.
