With bilateral tonsillectomy and weight reduction, he was much improved from sleepp apnea syndrome, and arterial oxygen tension increased from 65.0mmHg to 83.3mmHg. His circadian variation of blood pressure was also normalized and the heart rate in the nighttime was much lowered. Thus, an unusual circadian variation of blood pressure observed seemed to be associated with sympathetic activation triggered by hypoxia., 論文}, pages = {154--158}, title = {[症例報告]閉塞型睡眠時無呼吸症候群の血圧日内変動}, volume = {12}, year = {1992} }
