The coin lesion, 8x7mm in diameter, was located in the S^8. Pleural indentation, cavity and calcification were not seen on thoracic CT. A transbronchial lung biopsy yielded no clues to histological diagnosis. The lesion was resected surgically and was histologically comfirmed as a subpleural lymph node with no evidence of malignancy. The anthracotic pigment was recognized in the central area of the node. Resection of the subpleural lymph node was necessary to establish the unusual diagnosis in this case., 論文}, pages = {92--96}, title = {[症例報告]結節陰影を呈した良性胸膜下リンパ節腫大の1例 : 症例呈示と文献的考察}, volume = {12}, year = {1991} }
