The pre-operative chemotherapy with CDDP, ADM. CPA and VCR resulted in partial remission. Twenty-three days after the start of chemotherapy, complete resection of the invasive thymoma was carried out with combined resection of superior vena cava, upper lobe of the right lung, right phrenic nerve and pericardium.
