 note = {Recently, the incidence of double cancers tend to be on the increase, as the survival period of cancer patients lengthen. A case of double cancer in the floor of the mouth and lung is reported. The patient, a 63-year-old man, had squamous cell carcinoma in the floor of the mouth and a subsequent adenocarcinoma in the lung. The extent of the operation on the carcinoma of the floor of the mouth was based on the clinico-pathological malignancy grade and the response to induction chemotherapy. The primary lung cancer was discovered at an early stage, during the follow up on the oral cancer, and optimal resection of the tumor was carried out. The patient was responding well to treatment. The possibility of the development of multiple malignant tumors must be kept in mind when treating malignancies., 論文},
