This could be figured as a saturation curve. We described the principle of this methodology and the method of computer analysis in detail with the example of the accumulated food items accompanying the increase of meals. The computer language used was BASIC (Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code). The method described according to the flow chart of a series of works were consisted of data collection, data input, detection of data errors, frequency of food items consumed, ABC analysis of food items, calculation of the different food items consumed in time course and the theoretical maximum items. This methodology was found to be suitable for suveying what was eaten, since all fooditems could be listed with their intake frequency. It would be effectively applicable to various research fields, especially to the data analysis in awareness surveys.
