He had a hemorrhagic ulcerative tumor on his right chest wall and dyspnea. He was placed on UFT (450mg/day p. o) and MPA (1200mg/day p.o), and intra-arterial infusion of epirubicin (30mg/body/week) was performed using a catheter cannulated in the right subclavian artery for 10 weeks. Marked response to the treatment not only for the primary tumor but also metastatic lung lesions made it possible for him to have social life for 3 months. Finally, this patient died of recurred metastatic lung tumor 8 months after the initial treatment. However, the successful local control by the intra-arterial infusion method could be useful for the management of such cases., 論文}, pages = {269--273}, title = {[症例報告]内分泌化学療法とepirubicin選択的動注療法との併用が有効であった男子乳癌の1例}, volume = {14}, year = {1994} }
