 note = {A 62-year-old male was admitted to our hospital because of arthralgia and pleural effusion. Although preoperative evaluation was not conclusive, thoracoscopic examination showed two intrathoracic tumors. Extirpation of the tumor was carried out and the pathological diagnosis was benign localized mesothelioma. After the operation, arthralgia and clubbing of the fingers disappeared, suggesting the osteoarthropathy to be symptoms of paraneoplastic syndrome., 論文},
