However, restenosis occurs among 30% to 40% of those treated within six months. A variety of experimental and clinical studies have been directed toward the clarification of the pathogenesis of restenosis, which have led to the development of new methods to prevent restenosis with partial success. In this paper, from the point of view of coagulation-fibrinolysis system, we summarized the pathognomotic factors that develop restenosis and the agents that prevents restenosis from the previously cited literatures. In addition, we stressed that postclotting thrombins ineluding clot-bound thrombin that could be generated in the case of mechanical medical procedures and a fibrinolytic therapy for coronary stenosis, play an important role in the development of rethrombosis and restenosis., 論文}, pages = {67--75}, title = {[総説]血管再狭窄惹起国子と再狭窄防止策 : 止血機構関与物質を中心に}, volume = {21}, year = {2002} }
