The problems commonly reported by the patients were leakage and a sense of incompatibility of the insertion part (90.5%), coming off of the fixed part (76.2%) and worry of omission of the tube (57.1%). The nurses also noted the following problems with the tape for fixing the urinary catheters: the tape coming off while the patient walks (71.4%), the tape needed repeated fixation (66.7%), skin reaction to the tape, tape leaving residue on the skin and twisting of the tape (61.9%). In conclusion our study showed that both patients and nurses have problems with the use of the indwelling urinary catheter and urine bag especially with tape fixing and attaching the urine bag. It is suggested that new materials and methods should be tested based on the opinion of the patients., 論文}, pages = {179--186}, title = {[原著]術後膀胱留置カテーテルの身体固定装具使用の実態調査}, volume = {21} }
