This is the first report with the neuro-otological analyses in this syndrome. The neuro-otological manifestations were analysed as follows. 1. The pure tone audiogram showed a sensori-neural hearing loss with the average thresholds of 55 dB in the right ear and 66.2 dB in the left ear, and the speech discrimination ability was bilaterally within normal limits. 2. The short inerement sensitivity index test and Difference-Limen test showed recruitment signs in the both ears. 3. The Bekesy audiogram yielded the type II tracing by Jerger and showed recruitment signs bilaterally. 4. The tympanogram yielded the type A tracing bilaterally, the acoustic impedance showed 3500 a. ohm in the right ear and 3800 a. ohm in the left ear, and the bilateral stapedius reflex thresholds were found contralaterally and showed recruitment signs. 5. The equilibrium analyses showed no particular findings on the spontaneous and positional nystagmus, the optokinetic nystagmus pattern test, the eye tracking test, the caloric test, the post-rotatory nystagmus test, etc.., 論文}, pages = {358--364}, title = {[原著]レフサム症候群の神経耳科学的分析}, volume = {3} }
