A total of 424 patients were statistically observed. The results were as follows: 1) The ratio of the patients with malignant tumors in head and neck were almost always 4 % of all patients in our Oto Rhino Laryngological clinic in each year. 2) According to the age distribution, a majority, 364(86%)out of the 424 patients, were between 40 and 79 years of age, with the greatest numbers in the sixth decade of age. 3) According to the sex of the patients with malignant tumors, the male and female patients were 334 and 90 respectively.
