Relevant field tests were carried out in Ie Island. Buckwheat was experimentally cultivated to evaluate both harvesting and uptaking of residual nitrogen in soil. Crop production in the field was good and the buck wheat powder was suitable for noodles. Surface and ground water environment were monitored. Algal bloom was constantly observed in ponds, even though nutrient concentrations were not so high. Mean nitrogen concentrations of groundwater were 8 mg/L, which did not exceed the drinking water standard. Workshop for the resident was held to inform the research results and discuss future agriculture and water environment., 論文}, pages = {79--84}, title = {伊江島での調査研究と研究発表会「ソバ栽培と水質について」報告}, volume = {43} }
