In present paper, a further study of the hypercoagulable state was proceeded from the aspect of platelet function in patients with cancer of head and neck. The platelet function, that is, aggregation was analysed using ADP and collagen. The results were obtained as follows. : 1) ADP aggregation was increased in four cases of eight cases in patients with cancer of head and neck. 2) Collagen aggregation was increased in six cases of eight cases. 3) The decreased cases in ADP and collagen aggregation showed the decreased platelet count in the circulating blood. From these results, it was appeared that patients with cancer of head and neck had a tendency to increase the platelet aggregation. On the summary of the previous and present results, it was appeared that the thrombus relating to the haematogenous metastasis was apt to form into the blood vessels in patients with cancer of head and neck., 論文}, pages = {329--336}, title = {[原著]頭頸部腫瘍における血小板機能 : 第1報 ADP, collagen 凝集能}, volume = {4} }
