 note = {A 29-year-old man was admitted with complaint of acute abdominal pain, and gastroscopic examination revealed a small nematode invading into the stomach wall. The worm was removed by using biopsy forceps, and identified with the third-stage larva (just prior to the third molt) of Anisakis Type 1 on the basis of morphological characters.
