 note = {In 1952, Hutch described the significance of vesicoureteral reflux(VUR ) in urinary tract infection. Number of reports about management of VUR have been presented since. As VUR may cause end stage renal failure if not treated, early detection and proper management are important for those patients. However, there is a controversy over the management of primary VUR because of spontanous cure in some cases. In this report, an analytic study of 35 patients with VUR in the period between 1976 and 1980 in our department is presented, and general considerations upon the problems of VUR are discussed., 論文},
