First we understood the patient was in the end-stage of renal failure, congestive heart failure, and considered for dialysis therapy, but diuresis occured with only conservative treatment. We used digitalis, isoproterenol For heart failure and furosemide, diazoxide for hypertension. Thereafter, it was possible to maintain good control of hypertension. Generally speaking, the prognosis of malignant hypertension is said to be very poor and requires dialysis thearqy, but this case was not as bad and similar cases have been intoduced in medical journals. It was emphaszied that appropriate antihypertensive treatment may be necessary to reverse the renal artenolar changes associated with malignant hypertension., 論文}, pages = {92--99}, title = {[原著]悪性高血圧の急性増悪より回復した一例}, volume = {2} }
