 note = {Statistical analyses were presented, regarding to the 55 patients with vertigo in the Oto-Rhino-Laryngological Department of the Ryukyus University Hospital, and the following features were observed : 1. As to the sex and age distributions of the patients, there were no differences in the both sexes and we treated many in the forties and the fifties. 2. The 26 out of the 55 patients were diagnosed to be disordered in the definite locations. This shows that the today's neuro-otological analyses are useful for the subdivided diagnosis or the determination of the disordered location in the patients with vertigo. 3. We found for the first time a case of acoustic neurinoma only after our neuro-otological analyses. It is recognized again here that the neuro-otological approach is very important to find this disease in the early stage., 論文},
