The diseases were classified according to International Classification of Diseases ( WHO, 1977). The most prevalent diseases were neurotic disorders and they occurred 45.9% Anxiety neurosis was most frequent among the neurotic disorders. The majority of the cases of neurotic disorders showed dizziness. It is well known that the vertigo mainly related to the disorders of the vestibular system. In these cases, vertigo was similarly seen most frequently in the otolaryngological diseases it also appeared in some neuropsychiatric diseases.
