The two substances obtained were compared for physicochemical properties and the effect on sensitive cells. At the range from pH 7 to 8, the inhibitory substance was stable, whereas the bacteriolytic substance was stable at the range from pH 5 to 8. Both substances were inactivated by proteinase and by heat treatment for 5 minutes at 50℃. The effect of the inhibitory substance appeared to be bactericidal but not bacteriolytic, whereas the bacteriolytic substance lysed sensitive cells rapidly. According to this investigation, it is satisfactory to consider the former as a bacteriocin and the latter as a lytic enzyme., 論文}, pages = {185--197}, title = {[原著]ウェルシュ菌 K29 株の産生するバクテリオシンおよび溶菌物質の精製とその性状}, volume = {1} }
