We have encountered four cases of pancreatic stone among thirteen cases of chronic pancreatitis in past 4 years. This is a report of our experience of four patients with pancreatic stone who had been treated surgically. There were three males and one female. Their average age was 42 years and all of them had abdominal pain in average duration 1.5 years. Clinical diabetes and weight loss were also noticed in all cases. Radiological evidence of pancreatic stone was present in all cases, and endoscopic pancreatography showed dilatation and tortuosity of the main pancreatic duct. All cases were treated operatively by Wirsungo-Jejunostomy without sever trouble and good results were achieved in all, as evidenced by relief of pain.
