The gallstones completely disappeared in one case and reduced in size or in number in 12 cases. As a result, UDCA proved effective in 13 of 43 patients (30.2%). The small floating gallstone was most effective on UDCA therapy. No remarkable side effect was observed except that transient loose stool was observed in one case. The present study indicates that if suitable patients are selected, UDCA will be an effective gallstone dissolving agent., 論文}, pages = {383--390}, title = {[原著]Ursodeoxycholic acid の胆石溶解効果の臨床的検討}, volume = {2} }
