We experienced recently a suspected case of it in the bilateral parotid regions. The case was a 41-year-old male. His chief complaint was the swelling of the bilateral parotid regions that occurred first at the right side two years ago and then secondly at the left side one year after that. The laboratory findings consisted of leucocytes 13.3 × 10^3 / mm^3 with 28% of eosinophils, and the serum IgE level was over 4,000 IU / ml. with the treatment of the irradiation (^<60>Co, 1,600 rad) and steroid for about two months, the count of eosinophils and also the size of the tumors were markedly improved, however the serum IgE level was not improved., 論文}, pages = {430--434}, title = {[原著]両側性耳下腺部軟部好酸球肉芽腫を疑われた症例の治療経験}, volume = {2} }
