Case 1 was 40-year-old female, whose complaint was a pulsative sound of the right ear. The sound was objectively audible by use of an otoscope and was able to stop when her right carotid region was pressed. The sound was the only complaint and the right carotid angiogram revealed no abnormal finding. Therefor the tinnitus the patient complained of was considered to be due to a venous origin. Case 2, and case 3 were both 7-year-old children with objective tinnitus originating from the muscular movement. In case 2, the tinnitus disappeared by conservative therapy. In case 3, a tick-like movement of the soft palate was observed during the persistence of the objective tinnitus. And the tinnitus was not audible during sleep. Clinical findings, diagnostic methods and treatments on three cases of the objective tinnitus were described and the suspected origins of the objective tinnitus were discussed., 論文}, pages = {308--311}, title = {[原著]他覚的耳鳴の3症例}, volume = {5} }
