A dry absorbent cotton was inserted in each middle and inferior meatus of the nasal cavity for 30min, and put in a test tube with a plastic filter for centrifugation. After centrifugation at 5000 rpm for 20 min, 10 $ \mu $l 0f secretion was obtained to measure the protein concentration. The determination of protein concentration in the nasal secretion was made using the spectrophotometer.
