Cardiovascular monitering of E. C. G, arterial pressure, and central venous pressure, were recorded on polygraphsystem. Arterial blood gas, electrolytes, lactic acid, serum hemoglobin, coagulation tests etc. were analysed periodically throughout the experiment. Progressive decrease of arterial blood pressure supposedly induced by myocardial depression by the venom, hypovolemic shock by drop of central venous pressure, lactic acidosis, hyperkalemia and D. I. C. were the systemic pathological reactions occured after the injection of Habu-venom in the dogs.
