 note = {Three cases of Mirizzi syndrome are studied by direct cholangiography. One of them was the patient of postcholecystectomy complications induced by overlooking this syndrome during the initial operation. On the direct cholangiogram, one case showed narrowing of the common hepatic duct near the porta hepatis, and one case revealed a tapered narrowing-like stenosis. Those findings resembled malignancy but closer examination could differentiate this syndrome from malignancy. It is the opinion of the authors, therefore, that the direct cholangiogram, which is done preoperatively or operatively, will reveal extrahepatic bile duct well and will be effective to differentiate from malignancy and to avoid overlooking this condition., 論文},
