 note = {ゲットウ葉精油の収油率及び構成成分を明らかにする目的で,葉を水蒸気蒸留後エーテルで抽出して精油を得た.さらに精油の中性部を分別してこれを2種類のキャピラリーカラムを使用してGC分析を行い,精油成分存在を推定した結果,次の結果が得られた.1)ゲットウ葉の収油率は,0.073%であった.2)ゲットウの特有香は中性部に存在し,シリカゲルクロマトグラフィーのn-ペンタン:エーテルの混合比70:30及び50:50の溶出区画に存在した.3)ゲットウ葉精油の構成成分は,少なくとも105成分が存在し,中性部にテルペン系炭化水素類4種(β-ピネン,P-シメン,D-カンファー,α-フムレン) アルコール類7種(シス-ヘキセソ-1-オール, リナロール,テルピネン-4-オール,ボルネオール, α-テルピネオール, ミルテノール,ゲラニオール)エステル類2種(酢酸ゲラニル,けい皮酸メチル)その他シネオール, クミンアルデヒド,ベンジルアセトン,イソチモールの計17成分の存在を推定した., The composition of the essential oil from the leaves of Alpinia speciosa K. Schum (Getto) were investgated by gas chromatography. 1) The essential oil was obtained in 0.073 yield by steam distillation. 2) The oil was chemically separated into three fractions. The neutral fraction had the characteristic aroma of Getto.
