Isao","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_30002_description9":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究ではブロイラー雛にギンネム種子粉末を給与し、ミモシン中毒症の誘発方法を見いだし、次にピリドキサールリン酸等をギンネム種子粉末飼料に添加し、ミモシン中毒症の誘発防止法を検討した。7日齢のブロイラー雄雛にギンネム種子を粉砕し20メッシュのくし篩を通した種子粉末を、市販飼料に0,10,15,20%添加し各々12日間自由給与した。その結果、各種子群では食欲不振、体重増加の減少がみられ、更に座り込み、足を痙攣させる特異的な脚弱症状、および腎臓の肥大化がみられた。また各組織でミモシンが検出され、特に羽毛、皮膚および腎臓で高い値が得られた。更に1%粗ミモシン飼料を自由給与すると、15%種子群と全く同程度の中毒症が認められミモシン中毒症と断定された。次にミモシン中毒症の雛に市販飼料を20日間給与し4日ごとに屠殺し、休内でのミモシンの代謝を調べた。その結果、まず市販飼料を給与した初日から食欲が回復し、採食量は市販飼料給与後17日目で対照群と有意差が認められなくなった。それに伴って体重も増加した。また各組織のミモシン濃度は羽毛、甲状腺では20日目でもミモシンが認められた。それに対し腎臓、血清、肝臓は4日目から、総排出物は8日目から検出されなくなった。皮膚、筋肉、冠、精巣は20日目でも極少量のミモシンが検出された。最後にアスコルビン酸、ピリドキサールリン酸、クルクミン等を添加してミモシン中毒症の誘発防止法を検討した。その結果、食欲不振および体重増加の抑制には効果がなかったが、各組織中のミモシソ含量は15%種子群と比較して、1%ピリドキサールリン酸添加群で最も減少する傾向を示した。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_30002_file35":{"attribute_name":"File","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","filename":"Vol13No1p1.pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"objectType":"fulltext","url":"https://u-ryukyu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2016574/files/Vol13No1p1.pdf"},"version_id":"65433cfd-0af8-4a39-9671-672ab38c4645"}]},"item_30002_language12":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_30002_publisher10":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"南方資源利用技術研究会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"The
