After we obtained the informed consent of all subjects, forty-five subjects were randomly assigned to seawater group(SW), land group(LA), or non-exercise group(NE), and SW and LA received an exercise session of 10-minutes warm-up, 30 minute aerobic and anaerobic exercises, 10-minute cool-down, and 10-minute relaxation. STAI scores and CES-D scores were compared before and after intervention. Since significant differences were observed between SW and NE, and between LA and NE in comparisons among the three groups of the change rate of STAI state anxiety score after intervention, it was suggested that SW and LA could be effective as a method to alleviate state anxiety. However, since there was no significant difference between SW and LA in the comparison of the change rate of STAI state anxiety score, we cannot conclude that SW was superior to LA, or that LA was superior to SW. In the future, it is necessary to undertake a study controlling factors which might affect anxiety and depressive symptoms, with larger samples, and with long-term intervention., 論文}, pages = {35--46}, title = {運動によるState-Trait Anxiety Inventory得点及びCenter for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale得点への影響 : 無作為化比較試験}, volume = {38} }
