膜フィルターでろ過(膜ろ過法)、あるいは蔗汁にろ過助剤を混和後ろ過(ろ過助剤法)することにより不溶性夾雑物を除去した蔗汁は、ポータブル屈折旋光計で屈折率と旋光度を同時に測定することができ、純糖率を算出できた。こうした簡易測定法による蔗汁の純糖率の算出方法は、従来法による測定結果と同等の測定値を与えた。さらに本法は、測定に必要な試料の量を大幅に減らすことができた。従来法では純糖率の算出に 100mL程度の試料が必要であったが、簡易測定法では膜ろ過法で 4mL、ろ過助剤法では 11mL で測定が可能であった。また、試料 1 点あたりの測定時間は、従来法では約 45 分を要するが、簡易測定法では膜ろ過法で約 3 分、ろ過助剤法では約 10 分で測定を完了することができた。このように本簡易測定法は、試料の少量化と測定時間の迅速化を達成しつつ、従来法と同等の結果を得ることができる。したがって、本簡易測定法は、検糖計システムに替わる標準的な方法として小規模な含蜜糖工場で広く利用できるため、黒糖の品質安定化に大きく寄与することが期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"ja","subitem_1522300316516":"南方資源利用技術研究会"},{"subitem_1522300295150":"en","subitem_1522300316516":"The
