However, it is not known whether the word completely disappeared in Japanese or is still used in some dialects, only Ryukyuan retains the word, all Ryukyuan dialects still use it, there is a difference in meaning between the old Japanese word wajiwaji and wajiwajii in Ryukyuan, and so on. There are many questions to be answered. This paper attempts to provide some answers for these questions.
