In this study, we experimentally perform the reception of BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying)/ OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signals using additional noise and 1bit ADCs. We use an arbitrary function generator to generate BPSK/OFDM signals, a noise generator to generate wide-band white noise, and high-speed ADC and data capture board. The data obtained by the capture board is applied to 1bit ADCs realized by software. We apply moving average filter and Hamming windowing to 1bit ADC output to evaluate the expected value of the 1bit ADC input signal. BER (Bit Error Rate) performances for variable noise attenuation verified that 128 bits of transmitted data can be demodulated without error for sufficiently small noise.
